Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as per the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• It must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)
• You must notify us via email before returning
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
