  • GLS
  • DAO
  • DHL

  • Parcel shop/pick-up point
  • Business delivery

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
We pack and ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

If we expect delays (e.g., high order volume or backorders), we’ll notify you via email.

Destination Estimated Delivery Time

  • Denmark 2–3 business days
  • EU countries 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the world 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Weight/size of the package

We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g. “Free shipping over 500 DKK”) — details will be displayed on the website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can follow your parcel via the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit:

Contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

If unresolved, email us at info@natureswan.dk — we’ll assist you with a solution.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to pick up from parcel shop
  • Refusal of delivery
